How MIACASA collects, uses and protects personal data.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, optional email, project type, area and message, plus the page and campaign (UTM) that brought you to us. When you join a waitlist we collect your email address.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, follow up on your project and — if you joined a waitlist — tell you when it launches. We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
Enquiries and waitlist sign-ups are stored in our CRM (Zoho) and business email, which act as our data processors.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case contract records are kept as required by law. Waitlist emails are deleted when you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@miacasa-eg.org.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to remember your language. Visit statistics are collected with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data or IP addresses. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
